Mewtwo EX is a basic pokemon with an HP of 170, weakness to psycic and a very reasonable retreat cost of only 2! Mewtwo has two attacks, the first one is called x ball and for two colorless energys you do 20 damage times the amount of energy cards attched to mewtwo and the defending pokemon. I remember back clear to the jungle set there was an executor card that let you flip a coin for every energy attached to him, but this move is 10x better! The second attack is called psydrive and for two psycic and a colorless energy cards it does a HUGE amount of damage, 120! you have to discard an energy attached to mewtwo for this attack but its well worth it!
in my opinion this is the best card in the TCG. and i would love to build a deck around him! as far as strategy i would have a lot of discard pile trainers that let you get energy cards back and just charge up mewtwo and if you and your opponant have enough energys you can do more damage then psydrive and you dont have to discard! i also would leave him on your bench until you can charge him up and then bring this card is mid-game and just destroy the playing field!
this card gets a full A+, i love the artword and there is an availible full art version! it also gets a full A+ because you can do alot of damage with both attacks and the retreat cost is so low!
